From my research the answer is yes. Ulcers are contagious. Bigger ulcers can be more contagious than smaller ones but for her health and your i'd suggest laying off on the kissing for a bit. This doesn't mean stop seeing each other. Just until the ulcer is gone. However. There are 2 types of ulcers. There are canker sores and cold sores. Cold sores are highly contagious, and canker sores are not contagious. I'd recommend seeing your doctor so he can tell you which kind you have. I'm 15 and have never had a tongue ulcer but i've known friends who have had them and have had to stay away from kissing. Take it easy man.
