Having sex 3 days before your period was due it is UNLIKELY that you would get pregnant.  You'd be at your lowest fertility.

Having sex on day 14 of your cycle, May 3rd, or day 15, May 4th, and day 16, May 5th would be just about when you were at peak fertility.

Unfortunately, as you found, Plan B is NOT as effective as daily birth control pills.

It looks like your ex is the father.  A DNA test can confirm.

I agree with medic-dan, but just out of curiosity, when you got your period on the 19th, was it a normal period with heavier bleeding at first (rather than just spotting), lasting the normal duration of around 3-5 days? If it was just spotting and NOT a normal period, there is a chance it could have been "implantation bleeding", which can occur a few days after fertilization when the developing embryo begins to attach to the uterine wall. Many women don't experience it or don't notice it if it happens, but some do. So if you were expecting your period around the 19th, and it seemed to be pretty normal, I would agree that you most likely conceived with your ex. If you intend to follow up with an ObGyn., your first ultrasound will likely be done around 6-8wks, and based on fetal measurements, your Dr. can give you a more specific due date, and it is usually very accurate; this can also give you a better idea of when you conceived.
