It is possible that she can be pregnant, but the chances aren't great. Precum still contains sperm but not as much as actual ejaculate. Also, fingering doesn't usually get girls pregnant, because the cum would need to seep up into the girl's vagina. Fingers aren't long enough to get the sperm as far as it needs to go. In the future, wash your hands first to be sure!
