During and after sex my girl friend complains of having abdoman pain. She says its at the end of the vaginia like doing a deep trust. Is this a problem?

I had anal sex yesterday (14th Feb), and was the receiver/bottom. After sometime receiving, I started to bleed from my bottom/rectum although the condom did not split. Should I visit my A&E department to be prescribed PEP or is there low risk of HIV since the condom did not split?
