Hey everyone, Start weight. 94.7kg Goal weight 69kg Current weight before 1st tablet of duromine 79.5 So here I am on day 2 of the 40mg (didn't do the 15mg or 30mg) so I was a bit nervous. Few hours after my first tablet yesterday I felt amazing, energy was really noticable. On June 29th I weighed 94.7kg (weighed in at blood donation) and at the age of 23 and 162cm small, it was depressing. Luckily for me I was stressed to the max from a broken down relationship, which eventually took toll and i was rushed to emergency department and had my gallbladder removed, with 6 huge stones.... I say I'm lucky as it was a life changing kick in the ass for me, even though it wasn't from my diet. days passed and i just couldn't keep any solid food down, so I started rapid loss, 3-4 times daily with gluten free and lactose free skim milk, and throw in the odd banana... I missed food so much, and my anti nausea tablets just weren't working... Admitted to hospital again, for 9 days (huge shock for me as I've never ever been ill) they made me eat, and it would come straight back up, so the day before I got out I snook in my shakes :) hehe) Had a goal of a 10kg loss before Xmas day. Weighed in on The second week of NovemNovember, I reached a 15kg loss, thanks to my shakes and 16.5km walk per day which declined due to work.... I continued to have 1-2 shakes per day, along with a liquid dinner, and reintroduced solids, I'm the whole of December I gained 1.2 kg, which I lost in the first week of January but kept fluctuating between 79.7 and 81.8 and this is why I've started duromine 40mg to get me passed that barrier....And be happy again... Sunday - 2 shakes plus a meal (aS I normally have since aaugust) - 2x 20 mins on treadmill @5kph and @10kph (as per normal) Monday weighing 79.5kg - Duromine tablet at 8.15 - Shake at 11 - Shake at 5 (had to force myself to drink it, just didn't want it) - Kicked up the treadmill (20mins @ 6.2) - 8.5km walk (so much energy :0) Loads of water DAY 2: Tablet at 8.15 awake since 6am 2 hours early than normal lately (6 hours sleep) Weighing scales time....... 78.1kg Even though I'm not thinking about food and not hungry at all, im making myself have my shakes as I don't want to deprive my body Shake at 11am Shake at 2pm 20 squats 20 push ups 15 crunches 30 leg raises All for the purpose of toning as I'm losing weight :) Will check in soon with an update.....
