i had my ears ring like i was in a box and my voice and what i did was inside the ring and everything else was outside, it was realy loud and happened twice but also, i lost courdination and the will to move and passed out on the floor or layed down i have realy bad anxiety and think that i am going to die in my sleep every night but im also hyperglycemic and not on a special diet or anything. however the first time it happened i had taken morphine to get high but the second time i was not on anything but fooling around with my boyfriend. it is realy embarasing and i hope someone smart can tell me what is going on because its a bad feeling thx

My guess here is that you might be having problems with something that is making your blood pressure too high. When was the last time when you measured your blood sugar levels? I think that you might be having problems with diabetes here, but you can’t really know until you test your blood for diabetes? Do you use any medication for hyperglycemia? You have to understand that you need to watch what you eat and drink. Also you need to avoid smoking. Try to exercise regularly to keep your metabolism normal and you will avoid any further complications with the blood sugar levels. I hope this helped you in any way.
