So, I started a night job about three months ago, and I seemed to make the transition from day to night pretty well for the most part. However, there is one problem. I can't seem to eat anything past ten o'clock with out a wave of nausea after. This means that I've been trying to eat enough calories between the hours of 5-9 o make up the difference of the lost lunch meal. Only I can't eat enough. Like I get far too full to fast to eat the nutrients I need in that short space of time. Now, of course, I'm starting to feel the effects of malnourishment:: Headaches, light-headness, muscle weakness. How do I either get over the nausea of late night eating, or at least get the nutrients I need with the smallest portions possible?
