I AM 14 YRS OLD GOING TO BE 15 ON MONDAY AN DI WANT TO LOSE WEIGHT I HAVE BEEN NAME CALLED IN SCHOOL AND HM BEFORE EATING SO MUCH I WAS A SKINNY SEXY AND AFTER MY FATHER LEFT ME AND MY MOTHER I BEGAN TO EAT AND I COULD NT OF STOPPED IT WILL GET SO BAD THAT AFTER I EAT SUM I WILL EAT AGAIN I NEED TO LOSE A LITTLE OR ALL MY WEIGHT TO FEEL GOOD CAUSE RIGHT NW I DONT SEE MYSELF BEAUTIFUL ,IF I COULD LOSE SOME BEFORE THE 5TH OF SEPTEMBER THAT WILL BE GOOD SO CAN SOME ONE GIVE ME SUM GOOD EATING TIPS FOR ME TO GET RID OF THIS FAT.
first of all, eat foods with high fibre (they can cause you to feel full quickly) and low carbs and fats. by doing so, you would be eating much less and also, your body would burn your body fat for energy. jogging for one hour 3 times a week and some light exercises would shed your weight with 1 months. its just losing weight, its also being fit...because being of low weight and unfit is just as unhealthly as being high weight and unfit.
