Hello, all my life I have been able to ejaculate with my own control. There isn't any sexual pleasure, and no sperm. But I use it every day because after I pee, I simply ejaculate and the leftover pee all goes out (no need to shake or anything).

this is not ejaculation, this is simply being able to flex one of the muscles that are used during ejaculation, one of the muscles you notice the most, the reason we can do that is for the exact reason of being able to get the last of the urine out of the tubes, so as not to cause infections.
