I need some info on electric toothbrushes and gingivitis. I am diagnosed with gingivitis and I always was using this regular toothbrush but lately I have heard that electric toothbrushes might significantly reduce the gingivitis symptoms. So is this true or I might still be using regular toothbrush? Thanks much!
It is true! I am now so used on keeping my tooth hygiene with electric toothbrush and I can bet it deal effectively my plaques and gingivitis but no matter this I don't think that any brush could help in any kind of dental condition including gingivitis if you don't take proper care of your teeth. So whatever toothbrush you use you need to do that the right way for the manner in which you maintain your teeth clean is very important as well as what you eat for I am sure that some sort of food might also cause gingivitis. Anyway I think that a toothbrush dealing with gingivitis condition is the best option.
