I just turned 37 in December and was just diagnosed with Endometriosis, And had surgery to remove Endemetriosis Cyst the size if a Large Orange From my left Ovary. I was told they had to remove a partial section of the ovary less then half. And that the Fallopian tube was pretty streched on that side due to the Cyst. and some damage was done to the ovary on the other side with some scar tissue and that the fallopian tube on that side was "pretty Mangled". My question is what are my chances of a conceiving and having a successful Pregnancy? The surgery was just performed last week. And I am suppose to start birth control after (which I have never been on before) After my next cycle and remain on it for 3-6 months. I am trying to find out if it is possible for a pregnancy and also is there anything I can do Diet or any other ways to lessen scar tissue or increase my chances of a pregnancy.
