I have one huge testicle its my left testicle. Its probaly three times the size of my right one which is normal. It doesnt hurt at all. I dont wanna go to a doctor or my parents bc im scared.

I'm not clear but did this happen suddenly or has one testicle always been a lot bigger? It's not unusual for testicles to be different sized. Are you sexually active?
It could also be a hydrocele, basically a collection of fluid. You should see your doctor about it though.
You don't have to be scared.
The best way is just to tell your parents exactly what is wrong. If you aren't comfortable with that then tell them it's a "guy thing." You can tell the doctors office the same thing and they should understand. I know it's awkward, talking to your parents about this stuff but they'll need to know and will be worried of course. The more you can tell them the better they'll and you'll feel.
