Recently I have noticed that my vas deferens on my left side is significantly larger than the right. On my right testicle there has always been a very small, hard lump on the top where it feels like the vas deferens is attaching(epidymus?) . On the left side this is noticably larger and it actually feels like there are two lumps where before both sides seamed the same. Left testicle also feels a bit heavier.
Is this cause for concern? What could it be?

Hello, my friend. I had this change as well and I just can't tell you how scared I was because of it. As soon as I noticed that one of my testicles is bigger than another and that it has this lump, I went to see my doctor. He started to telling me something about the Vas Deferens Pain, but I don't believe that I was listening to him that much since I was scared and concerned about my health. Sure, I was assuming that I am dealing with cancer. Tests showed that I am not dealing with it and that I am ok. I want to tell you that sometimes those changes are normal and that they are not that huge reason to be concerned, but it can become something to be scared of. Don't hessite and visit the doctor.
Any time that something changes there is cause for concern. I'm not suggesting that it is cancer, I want to be clear about that. Since you have noticed a lump and it has gotten bigger, it should be checked.
You may have an infection. Are you sexually active?

Not sexually active, there have always been really small lumps on both sides like part of my anatomy I just dont know what they are actually called. I think the lump just got bigger along with the vas deferens. I also thought I should add that I dont have any pain unless I press on the lumps. However that is true with both sides an most everything down there o.O I do not notice any pain in the vas deferens though, even when I apply pressure.
Keep an eye on the lumps. If you have them on both sides they are probably part of your anatomy.
I'm still thinking that you might have a possible infection. Sometimes the vas deferens swells with prostatis.
You'll need to see your doctor, or better a urologist, for diagnosis.
Hope it helps. Keep us posted.

I do have lumps on both sides but the left side is definitely much larger and there may even be a second lump right next to it. I'm unsure as whether or not I'm just feeling part of the swollen vas deferens or if there actually is second lump on that side. I also looked up prostasis and I do not have any of the pain symptoms or difficulty urinated or anything so I don't think its that. I said in the original post that I recently noticed these abnormalities but I guess that was entirely accurate. Its probably been about a month. I was hoping the swelling would go away, I'm not sure if its gotten any bigger but its definitely not getting smaller.
Guess that means a trip to the doctor....

I think the doctors is a good idea. While it may be nothing, it is better to play it safe and get it checked out.
Keep us posted, good luck.

Ive noticed that my right vas deferens and my epididymis are both larger than my left ones. and also every once in a while they hurt when i pinch them or touch them. the vas deferens also seems to be swollen all the way up into me. is this something to be concerned about?
