Recently my ejaculations during intercourse become painful. I also had painful urination and sometimes there was discharge. I got worried that I might be having some STD. So, I went to see a doctor about it. He said that I had urinary tract infection which caused epididymitis. He put me on drug therapy. I don’t know anything about this condition. Is there someone who would like to share experience about epididymitis with me or give me some information about epididymitis. I‘ll be grateful.
Hi! I have had epididymitis. It is inflammation of the small coiled tube, epididymis , at the back of the testicle. My symptoms weren’t exactly like yours. In my case testicals were swollen on both sides and I had severe scrotal pain. There is a number of bacterial which can cause the epididymitis. I was on antibiotic treatment for few weeks, Doryx. After I finished with therapy I had check again. I was ok. But be sure that you treated right because if it is not treated properly it becomes chronic. And then you can’t cure it completely.
