i am 16 years old and my penis doesn't get full erection and i get very less sperms while ejaculation. some time it pains in the penis after ejaculation and the sperms come along with the urine . i think this is because there was a damage to my penis while i got khatna i'e. cutting of small part of penis in child hood . pleased help
