It is possiable that it could because Sperm can live for up to 72 hours after they are let loose so to speak. I would sugest that you use a condom unless you are actively tying to get pregnant ... But with you pulling out it sounds as if you are not trying... Be careful the best way to not get pregnant is to not do anything period. Until you are ready to have a child then get married and go for it.

well, the dry sperm wont get her pregnant. first off once sperm dries, it is no longer living. however! pre ejaculation could get her pregnant. i would be more worried about the pre ejaculate.
