Exactly! I'm not some horndog that needs to have a wank all the time. I want to SLEEP! And it's like I am FORCED to tug one off so I can initiate a refractory period.

Having a tug before bed has literally ZERO effect on if this happens. So in order to not injure myself... I am forced to set a friggin alarm and pull it off so I can be flaccid for another hour or so. Dont know what you're talking about if you haven't experienced it. Haven't slept more than 4-5 hours a night for 3 years now due to 4-5 erections a night. Masturbatinf or even having sex doesn't help at all. Somewhere I read about a sleep related erection study. Anyone know about it?

I too am experiencing this for about 18 months, can’t sleep for more than 4-5 hours due to raging erections, sometimes only a couple hours before I’m up trying to urinate to alleviate. I’m wondering how many of you have passed stones? I am 38 and just passed my first stone about 2 years ago. I am wondering if there is any correlation

You need to stop masturbating very frequently, especially at bedtime. It is the cause of this illness. Secondly, you need to use supplements (Vitamins, Ginkgo Biloba, Ging Seng, Bee Pollen, Amino Acids, Fish Oil, BCAAs). Try out antidepressants like Paroxetine or Venlafaxine (very carefully). Yes stop masturbating. Consult urology, get treatment. If no issue there, it might be health issue, Eat healthy food, take plant based medicine to improve sleeping. Some of the plant based herbal medicine produce more quality and quantity of cumm. Try to have frequent intercourse but never masturbate. Long erection during sleep is not good

For my husband if he is not having at least two long intercourse in a week, his penis get erected at night and stay strong and hard all night till morning. He couldn't sleep. We didn't have sex for many years due to many reason. I started this issue for many years. My wife and I consulted doctor, after lots of testing no issue at all.
