i am 19 years old and have been sexually active for some time, but have only had unprotected sex a couple of times with a partner who was tested to be clean (although this is over a year ago now).
over the last 6 months or so i have developed an excema-like rash on the outside of my foreskin spreading quite gradually and now covers about an inch-square patch. it is totally painless, no itching etc. etc.
my sexualy partners have never seemed to notice, although im sure it would be a slight turn off if they did.....
i have tried sudacrem which has always cleared excema on my body up in the past, and also tried a cream for fungal infection, but neither did anything

any ideas?
