As we all know exercise can help in the recover of surgery and as i was a fit person (before Prolapse) I was wondering what exercise have you all been able to get back into after surgery? I was a keen cyclist doing up to 300km a week but i do believe that this maybe some of the blame for my condition as the same goes for Heavy Weight lifting (Squats).
What level of exercise where you at before surgery and what are you doing now after the surgery and do you think that if you go back to the same level as before the surgery are you scared the the same thing happen again (God Forbid).
