My hands start itching alot and I of course start rubbing them but they just continue to itch.the rubbing exaserbates the swelling but it's all I can do to help the itching. Then my hands start to hurt and are really really swollen ,I've had this condition since I was a kid so I know it's not allergies to jewelry or food. It just comes out of nowhere, does anyone know what might be causing this
