Hi all sorry for the long post about to come but i want to list the full story to see if anyone can help me.
I’m a 29 year old male weighing 16stone I’ve always been active however i left work 2 years ago and to be fair haven’t done that much exercise i smoke and sometimes drink 3 to 4 nights a week, but this has never been a problem however i restarted martial arts in January and now i find that when i exercise i sweat was too much all my under clothes are wet, i cant walk more than 5 minutes without having patches under my arms and a layer of sweat on my forehead, even when i change and just walk to the next room i have patches under my arms.
I’m at my wits end, its got to the point where i hate going out in the sun and don’t want to do my class due to sweat,

It might be a little extreme, but removing some body hair, especially under arms, will decrease the amount of sweat you produce a lot. Also there is a variety of products that you can find at any drug store that will also decrease the amount of sweat you produce.

I sweat a lot under my breast when without a bra. I'm also sweating around my stomach. What are my options?
