So, I am 21 years old. I am still an active duty member of the United States Coast Guard, however, today I am a Sergeant Helicopter Pilot. 2 years ago, I was a rescue swimmer. While responding to a sinking vessel call with the Coast Guard, I fell out of the helicopter before I was ready to free fall into the ocean. I fell about 32 feet and landed in a dangerous position which was my spine first into the ocean. I broke several bones in my back, dislocated 2 discs in my neck, and broke 4 ribs. I healed up and recovered, and that accident is the reason why I became a pilot, I still wanted to be apart of the rescue operations and still wanted to be on that helicopter, so I thought the only safe job I could take would to become a pilot of the helicopter. Recently when conducting one of my many physical fitness workouts, I realized after doing bench presses, I sat up and as I stood up straight I had this extreme pain in my left hip as my body straightened out. Now I have a high tolerance of pain, but this hurts a lot, and it now happens everytime I stand up straight after for sitting down, even if I'm only sitting for a minute or two. Any ideas anyone?

I think the only idea that could work is to go for X-ray may be the hip bone is not as normal as it is before.
