It sounds like you are a late bloomer which means you started puberty late. This is ok and totally normal. You will get facial hair but it will just take a while. If you are really concerned you can get your hormone levels checked at the doctors but I wouldn't be too concerned everyone developes at their own pace. Do you have any armpit hair?

The qualities in a man that make the attractive is really impossible to say because every woman likes different things in a guy so it dpends on the woman. And to get your hormones checked you need to go t your doctor and get a blood test..... how big are your testicles and do you have any chest or armpit hair? Is your semen clear or whitish? Thanks

i think same width and height just 2.2 or2.3 inches.....and my semen is not fully whitish and not fully clear...some dark then water but not too dark.....no i have no hairs on chest but i think that there are grown small hairs on chest......
