Hello, I am wondering since I am around 180 and 14 years old, will me being fat affect things such as my penis size or my nipples being a strange shape. I have pubic hair, and get the urge to masturbate as well, but no underarm hair, and very little sperm ever comes out. My penis is only like 2 inches (hard) so what should I do??/
