Feeling alot of lumps around and above my collarbone and near my thyroid, is this cancer?

I'm having thyroid cancer since I've been 15, and sometimes I just want to give up. I've been feeling like this since I was first diagnosed with it. I had half of my tumor taken out, and I still have same feeling and I feel like my body going to turn into a veggie. Can you give me any support?
