i was playing hockey for around 2 hrs under the sun, when i started feeling cold. this was the second time that happened to me.

It's hard to say exactly what it is. I know that when I start to overheat that I feel cold and it's because my body has started to sweat profusely to help me cool off. But that's just me. Do you have other symptoms at all?
