Of late I have been feeling giddy and nauseatic as soon as I eat food. It remains for an hour or so and then the feeling goes off. It happens almost immediately after eating any food any part of the day. Can't figure out what is causing it.
I'm 32 yrs old male and my body weight is normal. Yesterday, I also had a severe headache. Felt like my head would come off. Don't know if it has any relation to feeling giddy.
First I thought that maybe it happens due to eating too much of salt but now it is happening almost everytime I eat food.
Does anyone know what it could be?

Hello there,

Feeling giddy after eating could be related to the stress.

You have mentioned that it happens after almost every meal and after different kind of foods so definitely it isn’t related to the food you are eating. And if there is some type of food that makes you feel like this you would have noticed it by now.

Do you have stressful job? This is usually the main cause of stress in our lives and stress is the culprit number one in various conditions which are affecting us. When I am under great amount of stress I can’t eat at all, I simply forget that food exists and I am only drinking coffee and water and somehow I can function.

After talking with my doctor about this problem he let me know that I am responsible for my own health. I can advise to you to try to find the cause and if you can’t consult with your doctor.
