I've had issues in the past like this. Finally getting a little better. One thing that cause a problem, a big problem.... ACIPHEX and NEXIUM.... Taking these for possible GERD for many years. Caused me problems with absorbtion. I became IRON deficient (causes fatigue), vitamin D deficient (causes fatigue), AND Vitamin B12 deficient (causes fatigue). Google for something like "nexium rebound". Getting off this will help but it causes rebound problems for a few months. Now I just watch what I eat, but I don't ever want to take acid absorbing meds again (even Tums or mylanta, or at least no more than 1 dose per month). I took iron tablets for 9 months while still on Nexium and was still anemic. Dr gave me IV iron and said the nexium was not allowing me to absorb it. BUT he wouldn't tell me to stop taking the nexium. I STOPPED IT. Another specialist then determined that I was also Vit B12 deficient and I did 10 weeks of shots. It has been about 8 months since NO nexium but my lab work is beginning to look better (Ferritin, Iron binding/saturation, b12). Since my B12 and iron were low, they leveled out my hemoglobin so it did not show up originally on the regular CBC.

Hi Becks, I've just seen ur post. I found your post As I typed my same symptoms as you into google search, I typed it in checking it may be an Adrenal burnout.
So I thought I may beable to give you some advice .
As silly as it sounds, if you've suffered with gland problems. You may have something to do with endochoroligy ( if that's how u spell it) ;-) . I have a very rare illness called Lymphocytic hypophysitis and I get all these feelings. I even get a feeling as though I'm about to stop breathing , my breathing gets very shallow. I get very numb but also get very very very shakey and very weak. Sometimes I can't sit up as though I'm really cabbaged , I just don't have the strength to sit up, let alone get up. If my hubby try's waking me, I can't wake up. Not even if he told me if we won the lottery, lol.
For a normal person , if some one was woken up by there partner an they wr to say " get up we won the lottery" that person that's just woken would have shot out of bed bouncing around all over be place.
This isn't me. I'm completely cabbaged most the time . I hate it. Cause I would normally like to do things, like, tidy up, or sit and do crafts, art, sewing etc. I can't even do that anymore.
So I'm wondering . If u haven't already, ask the doc for some cortisol. An adrenal blood tests .
And they should even give you a MRI scan of your brain to why you feel the way u do. U never know u may have what I have. My MRI scan showed up my pituatry gland has reduced in size. Which causes bad headaches, sickness etc etc and it slows my other glands down . It slows my adrenal glands so I can't produce enough cortisol ( a natural adrenaline ) means it slows me down n tires me out a lot. Which I can drop into a comer at any point.
I could have surgery but I can't afford to get and stay in America and I can't afford the treatment.
So I have to live with it and have to take Hydrocortisone for the rest of my life. It's horrible having to live like this. I was 26 ( a year ago) when the specialists found out about this rare illness I have but they think I've had it longer as I've been tired . Weak etc for years since I was a toddler. Now I know why I'm a chocoholic, cause the Choccy boost helps out. :-D
I hope I've helped. And hope you get the right diagnoses and treatment :-)
Best of wishes :-) xx
you have just described my life! i suffer from the same and i actually have an anxiety disorder. i have also been diagnosed with IBS which is quite common but no pills worked so i don't believe it was that. I lost my mum about 2 years ago to alcohol and ever since then i have been a mess and i think its due to depression. i feel weak all the time and there isn't a moment in the day that i don't feel sick or start to get anxious. I feel like i am going to die but even worse i want to kill myself. I'm 17 and i have a full time apprenticeship job and i have already take about 20 days off this year which is almost a month. I will get fired if it carries on. I have replied to you as me and my friend have always wanted to smoke weed because people say it helps with getting your mind off depression. Does it actually help? Like are there any symptoms or anything? I'd love to talk because i would really like advise on this!
Have similar if not identical symptoms have not felt my self for months head just spins most days I cannot concentrate properly tierd no energy just feeling down I want it to end as I'm over feeling unusual
And no weed fuels it trust me
find a good chiro no dr. will ever tell you that but it will change your life and you will feel great I had the same issues for years and I did not want to go to a chiro but I did because it was the last thing to do after trying everything it worked and symptoms went away with no drugs. Dr.s will never tell you this because of all the money they make from drugs. Problem is you never get better.
Hey all get your thyroid checked! Same thing happened to me. I have hashimotos as my thyroid is slowly dying and it affects your adrenals(feeling of faint) because they pick up the slack for a non functioning thyroid and because the hormones are off you get fibromyalgia symptoms. So they give cymbalt a and thyroid meds low dose until u feel better

I learn to believe its all in you...anxiety could be many things...what are you afraid of ? death? worried for nothing? someone might come over and take you away? when that point of time happens...your body tells you many thing? palpitation...sweat....weak....afraid to close your eyes.....pale etc... you cry and think what happen to you...
you start taking medicine that can last you at that point of time...when after sometime you know that medicine are only temporary...
its you soul that is empty..............
whichever your religion you in...trust that no God creates you for nothing...you are being created out of love..cause via God's love..He gives everything on earth..anything includes sense of feel & taste...He is great Almighty..shud HE send us here just to cause all this feelings...then it does not suits any of his criteria...God are great...He loves us...and he creates things in pairs...eg Long / short .....sad/happy.....clever/stupid.....etc and we are the ones to choose.....I learn to feel my soul with God...meditate your God's name in your soul....even if we die one day...trust Him he will never make it hard for everyone he creates...I'm cured because of Him..knowing and gets more knowledge on the religion we are in...and I've help some friends to cure too....
Look up postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome
Ditto! I totally relate. For seven plus years now I have felt the symptoms you are experiencing and have also recieved shotty remedies and mis-management of my symptoms. All I can say is, keep going to doctors, keep the explanations to the point, in fact have it all typed out with date of onset of symptom and treatment to current symptoms, giving a history, but not so drastic (eventhough the symptoms are vast and run the gambit) just try really hard to say, "my head continues to kill me." Or, in your case, whatever you feel is or has been a "main theme." And, go to a Neurosurgeon, but probably will need to see a Neurologist first. Hope this helps! For me, I am insisting on cervical MRI and perhaps total spine MRI trying to obtain information to see how my central nervous system plays a role.
Hi im 14 an I have got exactly the same as you the doctor have gave me iron tablets for take so hopefully I'll be ok but my body has been going num too I don't know what it could be it's terrifying
