feels as if a hose went off and flopping around in my head

I have this problem where it feels as if a hose went off with out any one holding it when it is full powered on. And it is very annoying to have this feeling in my head. Dr has done CT scan and it came back normal. But still not to me. I hate this feeling. Tired of it.
