Hello!
What is uterine fiberoid?
Thanks you for your time!

Uterine fibroids are most common tumors of the female genital tract. They are not cancerous. Fibroids are growths that develop in muscular wall of the uterus. They are different in size, form tinny to extremely big (that can cause looking like 5 month pregnancy). They do not always cause symptoms, but if they do it is pain, pain during intercourse and heavy bleeding… Reasons for fibroids are not known, but they occurrence is connected to genetic predisposition and influence of hormones. They can be located anywhere in the uterus and in most cases, there is more than one fibroid in the uterus. Primary there are three types of fibroids (subserosal fibroids, intramural fibroids, submucosal fibroids).
