I am 22 years old right now and iv'e been suffering from finger peeling since I was in kinder. It seems to be cyclical since it cures by itself and comes again every month or two. It happens to almost every fnger except my thumb and little finger. I don't think cold weather is a factor to take into account since I live in a tropical island and weather is never colder than 70 :-)
