First Time Pulling Foreskin back ever; yellow pieces under t

Im actually so happy i found this page... Im only 16 and i started getting it and i felt really awkward doing anything with my girlfriend just incase she noticed, now ive found the solution its all gone and im all back to normal. Thanks everyone :)

You can wash it with normal water, or a mild soap.  You can also get washes for intimate areas at the pharmacy if you want to go down that route. Water should be fine though.  Will be a bit sensitive for a while, so perhaps you could also use a bit of water based lubricant to help you manipulate your foreskin until it moves easily.  Note that it is actually supposed to move freely over your penis.  It's a common misconception that it's normal for some guys to have a foreskin that doesn't retract.  They should ALL retract, and if it doesn't, you will have continual problems with hygiene and possibly other issues in that area.

hay, my son is only 11 and he told me he has alot of yellow stuff in side his penus unser the head.
Is it normal foe his age?
If not what should I do as a father to help him?

omg i think i cant pull back my foreskin!!! sh*t. as you said, if it builds up the foreskin cant get retracted, i try to retract it but it kinda feels weird and it looks weird, as if it cant be done and it kind of hurts and i think it will hurt. so i pull my foreskin half way down by helmet and kind of pull one side down and get the smegma out and then repeat on other sides, can i not pull back my foreskin? WILL I HAVE TO GET CIRCUMCISED? PLEASE HELP

I'm genuinely worried that there is anyone over the age of 11 who has not been given this most basic of information by their school. It usually comes well before sex education in the same lesson when they tell you about smelly armipits! If you do not clean under your foreskin not only will you smell and make girls feel sick, you'll also risk a torn foreskin when you have sex or when you masturbate.

First time you pull your foreskin back (you're probably aged 10) do it in the bath - it makes the skin more stretchy and it'll be less painful when it hurts (which it will but it'll pass!). If it's difficult to pull back just do it gradually over a few days - it will go back and it must go back. If the skin around your penis is dry then put some moisturiser or baby oil on it. You want it to stretch over the head of the penis, you don't want it to tear.

As said above, make sure it's dry or you risk smells, infection and drying out of the skin.

The head of the penis under the foreskin is very sensitive at first but in due course it loses sensitivity.

Within a few weeks you'll be washing under the foreskin all the time and able to pull back the foreskin without any problem whatsoever.

I am really shocked that schools are not explaining this and suddenly less shocked that there are so many STDs and torn foreskin accidents. If they're not telling boys this kind of thing I dread to think what they're not telling girls...

Thank god finally an answer. I found this stuff under my bell-end as well. Using soap an baby wipes seems to work, it hurts a bit but you just got to grit your teats and take it

I think the white stuff your on about is Smegma and it can be softened by applying baby oil to it then it will come off easy in the bath

I do like it too. In my case I find it nicer when mixed with urine and when foreskin pulled back wet is....I sniff better, I do not believe on guys saying feeling disgusted..I mean...that's their own body.

im 68 years old and was never cliped .now i had problems getting the skin back to clean it and was getting tighter around the head.so the docs said i had phomosis or something like that,and had to be circumsised.now a yellow like film is bver the head of it and its only been a week.kind of hard to clean seeing its still so sore with stiches and all.im hopeing with washing with soap it will go away.i put this rash cream on ,but an hour later it comes right back.hopefully when i heal it will go away.

I think that would just be the surface of your head changing as it is now exposed. It will probably peel off like a sunburn does and you'll have nice new skin.

Smegma is a natural, normal, harmless, and healthy substance. It is a mixture of exfoliated skin and skin oils. Smegma collects under the foreskin. It is normally white in color.

It can get irritating if it stays for a long time without being washed away, so it is good practice to wash under the foreskin periodically.

Accumulated smegma may get hardened and difficult to remove if it stays a long time such as under a foreskin that is not retracted. Olive oil has been recommended for softening and removing hardened smegma.

Smegma is always going to accumulate because is is normal and natural, so don't be too concerned about it.
