Do not worry!
You are blessed with an erogenous, highly-innervated foreskin. Many guys would envy your foreskin even though it does not retract. You display great wisdom in wanting to avoid circumcision. Do not be worried. You are normal for your age.
Smegma is a natural, normal, harmless, and healthy substance. It is a mixture of exfoliated skin and skin oils. Smegma does NOT cause cancer.
Smegma collects under the foreskin. It is normally white in color. Some people believe that smegma resembles cream cheese.
It won’t hurt if it stays there for a while, but it can get irritating if it stays for a very long time without being washed away, so it is good practice to wash the smegma away once in a while.
Since smegma is composed of exfoliated skin and skin exfoliation occurs continuously, smegma is continuously forming. You may expect to see more every day.
Accumulated smegma may get hardened and difficult to remove if it stays a long time such as under a foreskin that is not retracted. Olive oil has been recommended for softening and removing hardened smegma.
It is really easy to painlessly clean out your foreskin without retracting it. Here are two ways:
1. Urine is a sterile substance when it leaves the body so it is an excellent washing agent. Pinch the tip of your foreskin shut when you pee. Let the urine fill up your foreskin. You will see your foreskin balloon because of the urine inside. Then release the tip and all of the urine inside your foreskin will come gushing out and clean out whatever is inside. This is best done in the shower or out of doors as it tends to be messy. Do that as often as you can.
or
2. Get a rubber bulb ear syringe from a drug store, pharmacy, or chemist’s shop. These are designed to squirt warm water into ear canals to clean them out. They also work great for cleaning out foreskins. Fill the ear syringe with warm (not hot) water and then insert the tip of the syringe into your foreskin. Then squeeze the bulb and a jet of warm water will squirt into your foreskin and clean out whatever is inside. This can be done over the bathroom washbasin.
Don’t use soap, body wash, or shampoo inside your foreskin because soap dries out the skin oils essential for good health and the others contain chemicals.
If your foreskin is dry, you can try putting some Jergen’s hand lotion on it.
Almost all boys are born with a foreskin that does not retract. This is normal. It takes years for the ability to retract to develop. About ½ of boys have a retractable foreskin by 10.4 years of age. Many adolescents still have foreskins that have tips that are too narrow to pass back over the penis head. These foreskins may be gently stretched over a period of time to cause them to widen.
It is normal for teens to have a foreskin that does not retract. One’s foreskin is still developing. If you want your foreskin to retract (not everyone wants a retractable foreskin), then you can help it develop ability to retract by stretching it.
If you choose to stretch your foreskin, then the goal is to have a foreskin that glides smoothly back and forth so as to provide maximum pleasure.
When your penis is erect, gently pull your foreskin back against the head of the penis. As the head attempts to pass through the foreskin it will stretch the skin a little. Do this several times a day and in a few weeks or months your foreskin will widen and you will be able to retract your foreskin. Do NOT force retraction. Do NOT cause yourself pain.
It works by tissue expansion. Stretching skin induces “mitosis” which is a word that means “division of cells”. New skin cells are formed and the skin expands but it takes some time. The increase in size is permanent. Be patient and give mitosis time to work.
The important thing is to put the skin under tension every day so that it will grow wider.

You were blessed with a highly innervated, highly erogenous foreskin. Many guys would envy your foreskin.
You are very fortunate to have had parents that did not circumcise you. You had a whole, complete penis so you have sex the way nature intended it. Now that is gone.
There are four very rare, compelling medical reasons for circumcision.
1. A malignant tumor on the foreskin.
2. Irreparable physical trauma.
3. Frostbite.
4. Gangrene of the foreskin.
All other reasons are elective. If you did not have one of those conditions, then you elected to be circumcised. Most medical conditions that involve the foreskin may be treated conservatively.
Adult circumcision is an irreversible, elective surgical operation to injure the penis and reduce its size and sensation by cutting off the nerve-laden sexually sensitive, erogenous foreskin. Once it is removed you cannot get it back. There is no turning back.
Adult circumcision is usually performed with a general anesthetic however local anesthetic may be used. Like all surgical operations, it has risks of hemorrhage, infection, and surgical mishap. Loss of the penis has been known to occur. Death has been known to occur.
The appearance of the penis is changed. A scar is a permanent effect of circumcision.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Circumcision_scar
The cost is about $2,500-$3,000 in the United States. Circumcision may be carried out under local or general anaesthesia. It is common to use dissolving sutures for the circumcision wound.
Male circumcision is a very destructive, injurious, and harmful amputation of valuable penile tissue. Masturbation will be much more difficult and less pleasurable. Circumcision should be avoided whenever possible.
The foreskin is a complex double-layered structure composed of smooth muscle fiber, skin, mucosa, nerves, arteries, and veins. It is natural, normal, healthy, and its possession contributes to a sense of well-being. The foreskin has protective, sensory, sexual, and immunological functions. It is loaded with nerves and is the site of most of the penile sensation. The foreskin is a “specific erogenous zone.” The foreskin is essential for normal intercourse. Foreskin provides the additional skin needed to allow for penile expansion during erection. Amputation of the foreskin, which is an integral and important part of the penis has very significant adverse sexual and emotional effects.
Nature put the foreskin there to provide at least fourteen functions:
1. to cover and bond with the synechia so as to permit the development of the mucosal surface of the glans and inner foreskin.
2. to protect the infant's glans from feces and ammonia in diapers.
3. To protect against disease causing pathogens.
4. to protect the glans penis from friction and abrasion throughout life.
5. to keep the glans moisturized and soft with emollient oils.
6. to lubricate the glans.
7. to coat the glans with a waxy protective substance.
8. to provide sufficient skin to cover an erection by unfolding.
9. to provide an aid to masturbation and foreplay.
10. to serve as an aid to penetration.
11. to reduce friction and chafing during intercourse.
12. to serve as erogenous tissue because of its rich supply of erogenous receptors.
13. to contact and stimulate the G-spot of the female partner.
14. to produce pheromones to excite the female sexual partner.
It is normal to keep the foreskin forward over the head for protection. After the foreskin is amputated by circumcision, the head will be fully exposed and may be very painful.
Circumcision is an injurious, damaging, destructive, and harmful surgical operation that cuts through nerves and blood vessels that feed blood to the penis. The operation is irreversible. You will have the rest of your life to mourn your loss of your erogenous foreskin.
The foreskin is filled with nerves that make it the most sensitive part of the human body, therefore, cutting into it is very painful.
It takes about six weeks to recover from an adult circumcision. One should avoid getting erections masturbation and sexual activity during recovery. Oral ketoconazole may help to prevent postoperative erections. You will need lubrication to help you masturbate.
It is normal for the head of the penis to hurt after a circumcision because the protection provided by the foreskin is gone forever.
If excessive tissue is removed, the result will be painful, shorter erections.
One will never fully regain the lost protection, sexual function, sensation, and sexual pleasure, even if one restores the foreskin.
If you should become interested in restoring your foreskin, a search on the Internet for “foreskin restoration” will produce lots of information.

I noticed this too and I'm really scared about it!! What should I ash all the yellow stuff with? Will it go? How long will itlast for? Should we wash it on a daily bases? I'm really worried... :( When I woke up I thought I had something wrong with my penis

Hi Guest
There is nothing wrong with your penis it called smegma, which is just the normal dead skin cells that fall of your body. Since your penis head is covered, these cells get trapped under the skin. By washing the head of your penis each day in the bath or shower you can prevent the accumulation of any smegma.
Good hygiene is important each day gently pull the skin back and wash everything well with a mild soap and warm water be sure to dry it well with the foreskin pulled back.
