I am practicing fitness for some time already and I feel great. My body is well shaped, I feel strong and full of energy. I practice it for several times a week and I really enjoy it. I can't imagine my life without fitness because it makes me feel so good. Also I would like to know if fitness is same as wellness.

Hi, wellness is, in some way, same as fitness because its basic idea is to relax your body and give you strength. Today there are wellness centers which may offer few more things besides fitness training. You may also get massage, hydro therapy or sauna. These methods help your body to revitalize sooner and to be better shaped.Fitness and wellness are both great stress relievers.
