I'm preparing myself for some intensive training. I'm 20 years old and I have 7 extra kilos of weight that I can't get rid of with diets. So, I need to know little something about fitness weight loss. How effective is it? Will I be able to lose those annoying 7 kilos? What should I know before entering the world of hard training?

Fitness includes simple torso and body movements that, constantly repeated, ensure fat burning, body shaping and, in some percentage, muscle building. Combined with popular music, fitness training can be very pleasant and enjoyable. Just be aware that you will simultaneously gain muscle weight and loose fat, so overall weight loss won’t come very fast, but rest assured, it will come.
