so a little over a month ago i hurt my foot, im guessing i did it when i was kicking a punching bag. my foot caught the bag in a real hard spot. I didn't notice it until the next day when i took my dog for a walk.. i could barley get back home it started hurting so bad. so i stopped running and anything else that could possibly injure it more.
Until yesterday, i allowed my foot to rest for about 3 weeks after my injury(witch killed my running,10 miles 3 days a week). After those 3 weeks i attempted to run to see if it would still hurt, i only got about 2 miles done before the pain came back. Then yesterday i was tired of not being able to run, so i pushed myself to get 5 miles done, but now im paying for it.
My foot is hurting, not like a sprang type of hurt but almost like a deeply bruised bone or maybe even fractured of broken. i hope its not. but idk
The pain is on the opposite side of the arch, it only hurts REAL BAD when i heal to toe type of walk/run. i can still sprint without it hurting. if that helps any. plz let me know b/c i currently do not have health insurance to see a doctor, saving my money so i can :*(
