Married for 4yrs. I have tried to concieve since 2005 and have not, and i have never used any contraceptive. My periods have been irregular because some time I may get them twice a monthand i have never seen any doctor for the same. Could someone help me.
Have you tried charting your fertility? Since your periods are irregular you're not ovulating at the same time every month. Some women ovulate every 14 days (which is supposedly the average time women ovulate) but a lot of women ovulate around day 10-20 not necessarily day 14. You could also go to the doctor, a fertility doctor and they can tell if you anything is wrong. If there isn't they will probably just have you chart for a while and you'll get to know your body real well. You'll see how it changes throughout the month and know when to have sex since there's only about a three day window you can get pregnant each month (thats why knowing when you ovulate is so important).
