Everyone is differnt but at least you tried. I dont think the Ecolips helps at all with the actual spots. Its the only natural balm I have found that doesnt make my lips oily, plus it has lysine to protect against cold sores.
Try something else. I have a drawer of literally 25 different balms I tried over the years.
The other one that helps mine is a organic cococunt balm by CoCo Pleasures. you can also try Fractionated Coconut Oil too

Read back through the post. EVERYONE IS DIFFERENT. You need to try a SMALL TEST SPOT to see how you react. Dont ever go full lip when you are testing out something.
Read through the last ten pages or so or to a minimum, everything posted in the last year. Some good info, and great procedures and protocol on my TCA experiements and Laser spot testing. and the application of the Tazorac

I've been following this post for a while now. I tried a section of my top lip just over a week ago with 25% TCA and have seen results.. it didn't wipe out all the spots as mine are very clustered but the improvement is there. I've got the 50% now too so I'm gonna try another small section next week. I just hate hiding my lip once it's healing.. lucky I've got a bit of facial hair to cover it a little.

Healed up well. 7 days was all it took. I think the 50 will work better though. Good luck with your application. Also I used nappy rash cream to help the healing process which worked well.

So I did it last night and did about half of my biggest patch (I have a large cluster on one side of top lip). It turned white, but this morning it just looks like dead skin sort of. Can't really tell at all. We will see how it goes throughout the day and how it looks after a shower. Interestes to see how it looks after the skin falls off. Man... If this actually works

I recently noticed Fordyce on my lower lips and it seems to getting worst by the months. Hopefully someone will be able to find a way to get rid of them.

DONT forget the TAZORAC 0.10%!!!!! Start with daily applications (even while healing from the TCA), then scale it back based on your skin's reaction to it.
BE PATIENT, there is no magic pill, cream or acid that makes them disappear in a day.
Like I said, it took me THREE applications, each about a month apart, to fully get rid of my worst spots with the TCA 50%.
5 months clear so far!
