I am 13 years old and this morning i went to go and take a shower. I noticed that my foreskin/area below head was extremely swollen. It doesnt hurt, or anything. I have no clue whats going on. help?

Hey how are you doing? Are you better now? You haven't told us any details about your condition? If you masturbate hard or violently this might be the problem. If so try to rest and stop masturbating for some time.

It's hard to say why the head of your penis was swollen. I am assuming of course that you weren't referring to an erection so I'm not certain as to why else it would be swollen.
