i'm 14 and i have a big problem with my foreskin and i can pull it all the way and there is a piece of skin on the left side and a tiny bit to the right. i have tried a saliva teqnique but it doesn't seem to work. do you have any solutions which don't involve an operation because i'm too scared to tell my family or a doctor.
