I am 36 yr old man ,married with a son. My wife and I have not had sex for a long time. I noticed that my foreskin does not retract at all.
I am confused. I tried to retract it but it seems to be stuck...I tried a lot but no luck.
I am thinking I may need to go for circumcision. I am almost embarrassed to even discuss this with my doc. It like I had never had sex before.
Any advice?

Yes, I would make an appointment to discuss this with your doctor.
Don't be embarassed, speak right up so that they will be prepared for your concern and address it appropriately.
Your foreskin may have developed an attachment to the glans, especially if you have not be careful about cleaning regularly.
In the event that you want to try to treat this at home, regular frequent sitz baths (shallow baths in which you sit to soak the genitals) would be a wise idea. However, I would not force your foreskin without some professional examination.
Get this checked out.

So, DO I see a urologist?
Start with your general doctor.
After an examine, he may refer you to a urologist.
You can't start with one off the bat, as insurance won't cover such a visit without a GP exam and referal first.
