Sometimes this can be caused too by an imbalance of diabetes tablets. It's wise to talk to your diabetes nurse too if this happens

As you may know I had the same problem. I will tell you how I've managed to sort this out:
1. It started as a balanitis
2. It took 3-4 months the doctors (several) found the cause of the balanitis
3. in this period I've used 5-6 different creams/ointments all prescribed by doctors
4. After they found the bacteria that was the cause of the Balanitis I took a treatment that remove that
5. From all these ointments and from the balanitis small cuts started to appear after sex
6. I was scared, panicked, etc - took all STD tests,
7. Nothing was there but paranoia kicked in
8. I was checking myself 10 times a day (that did not help)
9. Started to try all kinds of treatments that I've read online (bad decision as they did not help)
10. After almost 1 year with this I've went to a very very good veneer-dermatologist (waiting line was another 3 months)
11. She saw the problem and:
- told me to change all my underwear to something that was more comfy and from cotton so the are will be dry all the time
- told me to use first fucicort for 5-7 days two times per day
- after that to use bephanten ointment (not cream) 5-7 days on two times per day
- avoid sex for 3-4 weeks
- after that have sex only with a condom and a lot of lube
- stop checking it every day

12. About 1.5 months later the cuts healed, I can still see the area that is healing so even now i need to be careful and use lube and condoms but if the cuts appear they will be smaller and they heal in 1-2 days.

The idea is that you need a bit of discipline and patience.

What doctor should i consult? A urologist?

i have had this problem for about six years. Dryness cracking and tearing of the foreskin on a DAILY basis. Trips to two urologist and three doctors produced NOTHING! I've come to realize that these so-called experts are nothing more than experts at taking your money and overcharging insurance companies, treat you like assembly line manufacturing and do NOT correct the problem. A friend of mine suggested years ago it could be from the water I shower with. I thought that to be rediculous but i had noticed whenever i go away on vacation the problem cleared up and whenever I returned it came back. So i put it to the test and traveled for a week. Once again problem vanished once I was away. I surmised that my friend was right all along. IT IS THE HARD WATER IN YOUR AREA causing the problem. Now i bathe with a condom on wrapped tightly at the end to keep the water out and use bottle water to finish the rest. Crazy but true.

I have the same problem but worst my tear is very long and hurts like hell I can't pull it back

Hey men! I went through the same c**p!!!
My shaft was jammed up because I was doing some rough dry sex and eventually cut the foreskin of my penis.

Bacitracin Plus worked like magic!!!!
Took care of the cut and sealed it up pretty darn good! I have learned though that ramming my penis on a tight holes was not as fun as I thought!!

It took a good 7 days till it healed!
I washed it with Dove soap, then let it dry and apply the medication. I did apply it as much as I can to prevent from drying and eventually healed inside out...

After 10 days I was back in business and had at least 6 rounds of sex with my girl and did not ripped open. I did have to use lubricantion, hell no to KY!!!
