Hello sir,, and my problem is , when i am fully errectd but my forskin cannot come back., i hav red somwhere, skin at top of penis shuld be go down of top, but in my case skin is not that much flexible.....and i dont have any problem in masturbating or in errection......

hey there. how old are you and when did you start going through puberty? it is very comon for teens to have a tight foreskin. depending on how itght it is will determin what type of treatmet to do... steroid cream, streatching exerciss, both. can you retract your foreskin while your penis is flaccid? how about semi erect?
