I start using steroid cream called Diprosone. I am using it every night before I go to bed. I am worried what will happen if this cream doesn’t work. Is this going to affect frenulum?
You should be massaging the cream 2-3 times a day at least a month. Combine steroid cream with stretching. It should be massaged into the tight part of the foreskin inside and outside. As the foreskin widens it may become apparent that the frenulum is restricting retraction which can be remedied by a small operation called a frenuloplasty performed under a local anesthetic.
