atleast three times a week, I experience 2-3 bms within 2 hours.
It's not diahrea consistency, but close to it.

I was wondering what I can do to solve this. I almost never have a regular bm.

I eat a well balanced diet of vegetables, meat (not that much), grains.
Things like that. I've been trying to stop having dairy products but it doesn't help much.

Is there anything I can add to my diet to bulk up my bm like eat alot of meat or take drugstore drug.

Any help would be appreciated.
