Friend with a severe scrape on the lower back, has fever, dizziness, and constipation.

My friend, while skate boarding with her idiotic reckless friends, fell off and scraped her lower back up horribly. Later that night, the same great friends took her to a bar, where she vomited and passed out. Now, she's constipated and running a fever with a dull ache in the affected area. She's taken an Ex-lax but that hasn't helped much, and an aspirin, but that as well hasn't worked much. I fear that she may have a serious infection. Does anyone possibly have any ideas of what it may be?
