I had my gallbladder removed several years ago. How does one's body digest food without gallbladder?

hey there, you body still digests food the same except that bile is constatntly running into your small intestin.

bile is a natural emulsifier it takes large fat/oil molecules or globules and makes them soluable in tinney little globs that your body can absorb. your gall bladder does not make your bile it mearly stores it untile your intestines need it for digestion. with your gallbladder out there is no "holding tank" instead the bile runs straight into your intestins once produced.
hope this helps ;-)
