It really helps to sit on a stability ball( not a huge one but about the height of average furniture), in regards to the hard time walking and straightening. You'd think it would hurt but it almost relieves the pressure instantly. I'll slowly do circles switching directions until i am able to straighten my legs forward and then side to side. If the pain is gone or really low i'll lay my belly on the ball and rock that part of my abdomen, it seems to help.

Reassuring to read your comments around gall baldder symptoms and periods. i have been suffering for a few years now, with symptoms increasing getting worse over the last 9 months (4 trips to A&E). i have had ultra sound scan, second one pending, but they too found nothing. I did mention to GP after last attack that i thought it maybe linked to hormones/ periods. i will mention it to my regular woman GP following my scan, as i feel she is more accepting of things out of the norm. I am interested in exploring estrogen foods and herbal remedies - will discuss with my GP.

There is a correlation between hormones and gallbladder problems (I’ve had mine removed but one of the known risk factors is high estrogen)
and even though I have had mine removed the pain still happens before and around my period as it is impacting my liver too

Band aid advice. Are you aware of how many *problems* the pill causes after the fact?
Birth control isn't a solution to anything but controlling birth lol and even then condoms are bettah.

Hello, have you had a HIDA scan done? I have very similar symptoms and apparently have an ejection fraction of 17%. I have decided against gallbladder removal surgery because I have no stones and there is a chance it won’t even help my symptoms. I hope you all find answers

I am experiencing the same gallbladder spasms during my period. This started for me the period after my spouse got the jab..conveniently no medical doctors have even tried to understand the connection between hormones and gallbladders.
