I'm hoping somebody can help me out, I've been freaking out lately. I have notice a cut in my vagina, its not like a slit cut its more like a rounded open cut that seems its trying to heal. It doesnt hurt what so ever to touch it, go to the bathroom or anything. When I have sex I feel a little pinch but nothiing incredibly painful. Anyway I just had a gyno appointment and she said I had a little discharge which she thinks may have been BV and nothing major she also did a pap but ive been so anxious and nervous about the results. Could this be herpes? I'm not having any of the symptoms shown online with herpes, everybody seems like its extremely painful but mine doesnt hurt at all i dont notice anything its jut what i saw in the mirror. I didnt see any other sores or cold sore looking things, didnt notice any blisters that looked as if they were pussing to me it looked normal...but I would absolutely love to hear what others think! PLEASE PLEASE LET ME KNOW BEFORE I HAVE AN ANXIETY ATTACK!! I GOING CRAZY AND JUST WANT SOMEONE ELSES OPINION.
I had these same symptoms and I found out that I have genital herpes. I would always get a cut or something looking like it after sex, but it would heal up pretty quick. But then I got one that didn't go away, and I started getting yellow discharge so I went in and had a swab taken of the cut, but was also told I had bacterial vaginosis (had it before, just off balance of acidity of the vagina) so I thought I was going to be fine. I got a call telling me the bad news. I've had the "cut" that appeared to get worse for about 3 or 4 weeks.
