Hey there if you have not had any type of sexual intercourse then it most certianly not genital warts...... Where are these bumps and what do they look and feel like?
They are on my penis and testicles. The white and fleshy aren't big and are in groups.They don't hurt or itch.
It's hard to say because I cannot see what they look like. Have you looked up fordyce spots?
